Casino Terms & Conditions and Operating Guidelines (CTCOG) - Policy Amendments
This bulletin is to advise all casino facility licensees and registered gaming workers of IMPORTANT AMENDMENTS to the Casino Terms & Conditions and Operating Guidelines (CTCOG).
The following CTCOG policies are effective October 17, 2018:
Subsections 3.2.16 – Licensed Charity – Conduct and 6.2.9 – Registered Gaming Workers – Conduct
- These subsections were amended to update policies, prohibiting registered gaming workers and charity workers from being under the influence of cannabis while on duty at licensed casino facilities, to reflect the legalization of recreational cannabis.
Please familiarize yourself with the amended policies, update your CTCOG as required and ensure all affected staff are notified of the new requirements.
In addition, please post this bulletin and the amended policies at all volunteer work stations (e.g. cash cage) and break areas, within your facility, in order for volunteers to be made aware of the policy changes. The amended CTCOG may be accessed on the AGLC website at aglc.ca.
