Welcome to Deal Us In Casino Staff Training

Deal Us In is a responsible service program that helps educate and inform people working the gaming industry about responsible gambling. The program raises awareness of problem gambling behaviours, and gives casino/REC staff information so they can make appropriate referrals for patrons who have concerns about their gambling behaviours.

Deal Us In Phase One certification is mandatory for Casino and Racing Entertainment Centre (REC) Facility Licensees' registered gaming workers, security staff and management. It is also mandatory for Host First Nations Charitable Casinos' Charity Workers.

The program is carried out in two phases, with Phase Two providing more intensive training for management employees and security staff.
