Refund Policy

See below for information about SMART Programs' refund policies.

  • ProServe Online Course is not refundable...
    • after signing into the test
    • more than 12 months after buying it
  • ProServe Self-Directed Course is not refundable...
    • if the exam has been mailed
    • more than 12 months after buying it
    • Note: Shipping costs are not refundable
  • ProServe Activation Tickets are not refundable...
    • after using the ticket(s)
    • more than 12 months after buying them
  • Reissued SMART certification cards are not refundable once produced and mailed.

Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a card that is no longer in use, please let us know when asking for a refund.

Credit, debit and Interac® Online refunds are usually issued within 1-2 business days. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for issuing and mailing cheque refunds.
